1、 Overview
WB type vortex pump is used to transport liquids with temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, viscosity not exceeding 5 ℃, non corrosive and corrosive properties, and no solid particles There are ten models of WB vortex pumps: specifically 20WB-20, 25WB-25, 32WB-30, 40WB-40, 50WB-45, 65WB-50, 20WB-65, 25WB-70, 32WB-75, and 40WB-90. All are single-stage cantilever vortex pumps.
The materials for the overcurrent section of the WB type vortex pump are HT20-40, aluminum cast iron, and four types of materials (represented by material codes H, J, B, and M, respectively): 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 1Cr18Ni12MoTi.
The sealing forms of WB type vortex pump include soft packing seal and single end mechanical seal. Except for single end mechanical seals used in WB and WM pumps, all pumps are equipped with soft packing seals at the factory. If the user requires other forms of shaft seals, they should be specified when placing an order.
